A day at home

I organised groups of four, taking into account the academic knowledge of each one.

First, I told them about what they have to write. Then they gave me different ideas that we wrote into the blackboard. Later, we wrote vocabulary related to each idea.

Finally, I assigned a number to each idea and the group threw a dice to get a topic.

Once they have get the topic, they started to write ideas on a paper. Then, they put all in order and wrote the story using the app.

The specific learning objectives for this activity were to make pupils work as a group showing respect for others opinions, to develop students'creativity, to learn to write in a foreign language and to develop students' communication through a story.
The use of the tool was so hepful and powerful since they had to decide what images they needed, they had to use the dictionary and look for the grammar and they had to care about presentation.

Students enjoyed looking for images on the internet and they enjoyed least writing in English cause of grammar.

I would like to change the topics because some of them were difficult and there was no much information.

They were good but there were problems in wirting or sense and the class felt bored.

Some pupils gave an aplausse for the group and they showed interest in. However, there were some projects in which they didn't understand anything.

    1. Hi, it is a great idea to make a brainstorming of the possible topics to choose from and them use a game ( a dice) to decide which topic they have to write about. Besides, making them work in groups increases considerably their imagination since all of them can make their contributions to the story .
